Employee Development

Employee Development helps empower Western Health employees to provide safe, effective, and efficient services for the people of Western Newfoundland We support a healthy, safe and respectful work environment. The primary clients of Employee Development are the staff, managers, physicians, volunteers, and students that provide service in communities of the Western region. Employee Development offers a wide variety of  learning opportunities to enhance staff's skills and knowledge through the provision of key management, leadership and competency-based learning programs.  

We provide the following areas of programming:
