Ostomy Care

Western Health has  a nurse  who provides  ostomy and wound care throughout the region. The nurse is known as a ET Nurse  (Enterostomal Therapy) and  has specialized knowledge and clinical skills in wound, ostomy and continence care.  The ET Nurse  does ostomy education and care at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital and at Corner Brook Long Term Care Home.

People can refer themselves to the outpatient ostomy clinic or call with questions about ostomy care.
