Corner Brook Community Health Centre

The Corner Brook Community Health Centre on 1 Brookfield Avenue will continue to serve as an administrative and clinical health services building for the short term. 

The following outpatient health services are available at the Corner Brook Community Health Centre:

• Janeway Outreach
• Outpatient Psychiatry
• Public Health
• Audiology
• Speech Language Pathology
• Developmental Psychology
• Autism Assessment Team
• Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team

Human Resources, Finance, Laundry Services, and the Western Regional School of Nursing continue to operate at this location.

Public access to Corner Brook Community Health Centre is through the front door (entrance #2). The general hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

All visitors and patients for the FACT team and outpatient psychiatry must use the Main Entrance to Monaghan Hall (#5) to access these services. The SkyWalk is no longer available to the general public.
