Patients who require medical assistance of a non-emergency nature this afternoon in Corner Brook are asked to visit Western Memorial Health Clinic (former Canadian Tire Building, Herald Avenue) to have their medical needs met effective immediately.  This would not include patients who have regular doctor’s appointments today or have a medical emergency.

 Patients who have a medical emergency can still visit Western Memorial Regional Hospital emergency room.

Western Memorial Regional Hospital is currently in Code Orange responding to an emergency earlier today.  Further announcement to follow later today.
