New Address for Western Health Staff in Port aux Basques

Western Health staff formerly located at the Crewe Building in Port aux Basques will be moving to a new location over the next two days.  The new location is 3 – 9 Barhaven Place, Port aux Basques. 

The move should not have any affect on programs and services over the next few days.  Telephone service will be transferred to the new offices and should not be disrupted.

“We anticipate that the move to a new location will not have any impact on our programs and services for our clients,” said Michelle House, Vice President of Population Health for Western Health.  “We would like to remind clients though that any future visits to our offices will be now at our new location.”

Programs and services at the office include: Community Health and Family Services, Community Support, Mental Health and Addictions, and Health Promotion and Primary Health Care.

Members of the general public are reminded that the new office continues to be a Smoke free Environment and Scent Free.
