What is the Regional Employee Assistance Program?
The creation of a supportive work environment is a vital component of Western Health's efforts to improve the health of its employees. The Employee Wellness Program was developed to promote healthy employees in a healthy workplace. Employee Assistance is one component of the Employee Wellness Program and is available to all employees.
It is a voluntary program provided at no cost to all staff of Western Health. It is a short-term intervention/counseling program designed to assist with personal and work related issues. The Organization supports our Employee Assistance Program(EAP) and recognizes that the demands placed on employees at home, work and in the community significantly impact on how we manage our lives. Access to professional support can be beneficial for both.
