Ambulatory Care Client Experience Surveys

As part of our commitment to quality improvement for our clients, patients, residents and their families it is helpful for us to hear from the people we serve about how we are doing. We randomly surveyed emergency department clients and the results can be found below. We will use these experience survey results to identify our strengths and our opportunities for improvement.
