No Stress Fest Planning Guide
The No Stress Fest is a one day event that supports positive mental health and healthy lifestyles while promoting mental health resources that are available in the community. No Stress Fest is a project initiated by the Mental Health Partners Working Group. This group consists of key mental health and addictions organizations including:  Community Mental Health Initiative (CMHI), Canadian Mental Health Association – NL Division (Western Office), Schizophrenia Society of Newfoundland and Labrador (Western Office), CHANNAL, and Western Health (Mental Health & Addiction Services).
