Change in Location for COVID-Testing in Stephenville/Bay St. George area
All COVID-19 testing in Stephenville/Bay St. George area will take place at Stephenville High School effective December 31, 2021.
Any individual who has been given an appointment for COVID testing at 129 Montana Drive should now proceed to Stephenville High School. There is no appointment necessary for this walk-in testing site.
Individuals in the Stephenville/Bay St. George area who require COVID testing do not need to complete an online assessment or call 811 in advance. This testing site is also for anyone else who has completed an online self-assessment or called 811 to request a COVID test but has not yet been contacted to book an appointment. This testing site will be in place until January 5.
Individuals should arrive at the testing site between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You will be greeted at the entrance and asked to complete a registration form and provide a cell phone number. When the clinic is ready for you, you will be contacted by cell phone to advise that you may enter for testing.
