Visitor Precautions at Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre

Please be advised that temporary visitor precautions are in place at Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre. The visitor precautions are in place due to a number of residents throughout the home with influenza like illness.

During these visitor precautions:
• Visitation is limited to one immediate family member
•  Children under 14 are not permitted to visit.
•  Immediate family members of residents should call for further direction about visitation:
o Tranquility Place, please call 646-5800, Ext 7236
o Serenity Place, please call 646-5800, Ext 7236
o Harmony Lane, please call 646-5800, Ext 7243
o Memory Lane, please call 646-5800, Ext 7222

Visitor precautions are a series of infection control measures put in place to reduce the risk of spreading infectious diseases. They are designed to help keep residents, families, staff and visitors healthy and safe.
