Change in Location for COVID-Testing Appointments

All COVID-19 testing in Corner Brook will take place at Corner Brook Civic Centre Studio effective December 25, 2021.

Any individual who has been given an appointment for COVID testing at either the St. Gerard’s or West Lane locations should now proceed to the Corner Brook Civic Centre Studio. Testing will NOT be available at the St. Gerard’s and West Lane locations until further notice. There is no appointment necessary for this walk-in testing site. You do not need to complete an online referral or call 811 in advance. If you live in the Corner Brook Area, have previously completed the online referral or called 811 and have NOT yet received a call for an appointment you should visit the Civic Centre Studio for testing. Testing is available seven days per week. Please note that staffing is reduced on Statutory Holidays, so please anticipate longer than normal wait times on these days. Individuals should arrive at the testing site between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You will be greeted at the entrance to the lower parking lot and asked to complete a registration form and provide a cell phone number. When the clinic is ready for you a nurse will contact you by cell phone to advise that you may enter the clinic for testing. Individuals wishing to be tested in other Western Health Testing Sites must still complete the online referral or call 811 to access an appointment.
