Change in Location for COVID-Testing Appointments in Deer Lake

All COVID-19 testing in Deer Lake will take place at Elwood Elementary effective December 20, 2021

Any individual who has been given an appointment for COVID testing at either the Deer Lake Town Hall, or the Roman Catholic Parish Hall should now proceed to the Elwood Elementary location, using the same appointment time. This is a temporary testing site that has been established due to the current public health investigation.

Please be advised:

• To arrive at Elwood Elementary at your appointment time where you will be greeted by traffic control.
• To have your MCP card ready. A nurse will come to your car and collect the COVID swab.
• To exit the school property via Morey Avenue.
