Only Dialysis and Chemotherapy and Emergency Services to be Provided in Port aux Basques area on November 25
Western Health is advising that due to severe weather and road conditions, only dialysis, cancer care and emergency services will be provided at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre for November 25. All other inperson appointments at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Centre and MP Place on November 25 will be rescheduled.
Appointments that will not proceed include:
- Medical Imaging (ie. X-Ray)
- Blood Collection
- COVID Vaccination
- Mental Health and Addictions and Community Health
Western Health will contact patients to confirm whether scheduled virtual appointments or home visits will proceed.
Western Health reminds residents to call 911 if they are in a health emergency.
