Blood Collection and X-Ray Services will Resume at Deer Lake Medical Clinic by Appointment only
Western Health is advising that blood collection and X-ray services will resume by appointment only at Deer Lake Medical Clinic effective June 22, 2020.
Appointments for blood collection can be booked by calling 709-634-0679 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Patients are reminded to have their MCP available at time of booking and to bring their requisition with them to the clinic.
Appointments for x-ray will be arranged through health care providers. Western Health Medical Imaging staff will contact patients with their scheduled appointment.
In order to enable physical distancing Western Health is asking clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time and not earlier. As well, clients will be asked to reschedule their appointment if they are more than 10 minutes late.
