Western Health Encourages Feedback: Community Health Assessment Survey Launched
Western Health is encouraging feedback from residents through the Community Health Assessment Survey. Western Health, in partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Statistics Agency (NLSA), is doing this survey to help us understand the community health needs in the Western Health region.
The NLSA will mail survey invitations with an electronic link to the survey to randomly selected residents across the Western region. The survey is electronic; however, the selected residents may request a paper copy. Those who receive an invitation are encouraged to take the time to share their views and provide feedback about health and wellness in their area.
Western Health’s Wellness Facilitators are available to answer questions that individuals may have about the survey:
Port aux Basques, Burgeo, and Stephenville areas: 709-649-7921
Corner Brook, Humber Valley and White Bay areas: 709-640-1874
Bonne Bay and Port Saunders areas: 709-458-2381
Once finalized, the results of the CHA survey will be shared on Western Health’s website.
