Entrance Changes to Western Long Term Care Home

Western Health is implementing to entry points at Western Long Term Care Home effective Monday, October 5.

All patients, clients and visitors will enter through the main entrance where they will be screened for COVID-19.
We are asking the public to follow new directional signage and ensure they maintain physical distancing.
Masks will be provided and are required for the duration of the visit/appointment.
After hour visiting in palliative Care is permitted. Upon arrival we ask visitors to use the intercom system located on left wall before the entrance.
