Sep 28, 2020

The SmART Aging program is a community-engaged program supporting health aging through arts and technology.

SmART Aging is a community-based arts program that aims to help maintain and improve cognitive fitness for older adults with mild to moderate frailty or mild to moderate cognitive decline. The SmArt aging program is taking place from October 2020 to January 2021. Older adults will be provided with the opportunity to stay socially connected through virtual participation in arts-based activities to lessen the risk of developing dementia, maintain cognitive health, promote engagement and fulfillment, and improve overall quality of life.

Please be advised that participants would need to have a computer/iPad/tablet and an adequate internet connection.
