New Regional Client Relations Office at Western Health
Western Health has established a Regional Client Relations Office to enhance the management of feedback received through the compliments and complaints process.
“Patients and families are encouraged to be involved in and contribute to their own health through open communication with health care workers. Feedback from patients and/or their families provides valuable information that can contribute to improvements in the health system,” said Tara Noseworthy, Regional Client Relations Manager.
Western Health continues to encourage patients to bring compliments or concerns directly to the staff or manager of the area where their care or service is provided. However, with the establishment of the Client Relations Office, patients and/or families also have the option to provide compliments or complaints by contacting the Client Feedback Line at 1-833-784-6802 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Whether feedback is provided at the point of care or given directly to the Client Relations Office, all feedback will be followed up accordingly in a timely manner. Feedback received will help identify important gaps between patient expectations and actual care experiences.
