Western Health is seeking two (2) Family Physicians to fill upcoming salaried vacancies at the Calder Health Centre (CHC), Burgeo, Newfoundland and Labrador on a permanent full-time basis effective January 1, 2017.
Duties include provision of out-patient and in-patient general practice service, outreach clinic coverage along with provision of after hours/weekend/statutory holiday on call assignment on an equitable basis with the Family Physicians serving the Community.
Qualifications:
Interested applicants must be eligible for General Practice registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador (CPSNL), have current ACLS certification and satisfy credentialing requirements of Western Health.
Remuneration:
The General Practice Salary Scale ranges from $151,591.00 to $181,912.00 as outlined in the current Memorandum of Agreement. The Department of Health and Community Services in accordance with Provincial Guidelines will officially determine a Physician's step assignment.
