The Canadian College of Health Service Executives hosted its Annual General Meeting and Awards Ceremony in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador on May 31, 2009.

St. John’s – May 31, 2009… The Canadian College of Health Service Executives hosted its Annual General Meeting and Awards Ceremony in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador on May 31, 2009. As part of this annual event, the Quality of Life Award, sponsored by Smith & Nephew, was presented to Western Health in support of their Protective Community Residence Working Group. The Quality of Life Award honours those who work to improve their patients’ lives through their desire, creativity and dedication.

The Canadian College of Health Service Executives and Smith & Nephew would like to extend their congratulations to Western Health and all of the teams that submitted initiatives for consideration this year.
