Anyone requiring services of a non-urgent nature prior to 1 p.m. can access the Out-Patients clinic at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, which is open between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m, today, or their family physician. Western apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
