Diabetes Education
The goal of Diabetes Services is to improve the health outcomes for persons with diabetes or pre-diabetes who live in Western Newfoundland. Diabetes Services are provided by interdisciplinary teams who support persons with diabetes and their families to self manage their diabetes.
