The Human Resources Department has created an Exit Interview process, which will provide employees with an opportunity to provide feedback to Western Health when they voluntarily leave their position.
The goal of an Exit Interview is to create an atmosphere that allows and encourages the employee/physician to truthfully express his/her opinions regarding the organization, its management practices and their position upon resignation or retirement. The process should be comfortable for the employee/physician, non-intimidating and be used as an avenue to provide valuable feedback. The Exit Interview process is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous.
Human Resources will use the data collected to gain knowledge regarding the role, department and management practices.
